The Bremen Classic Motorshow will celebrate 100 years of Alfa Romeo at their ‘Bella Macchina’ show in the Bremen Messe from 5 to 7 February 2010.

A number of rarities will be put on display in order to document the classic Alfa strengths of lightweight construction and agility. Cars will include the Alfa Romeo 6C 1750, the 8C 2900, the Alfa 33 Stradale prototipo and the C52 ‘Disco Volante’ nicknamed the ‘flying saucer’. These vehicles are on loan from the Museo Storico Alfa Romeo in Milan.

Also on display are two of the most beautiful racing cars ever built; the Alfa Romeo Gran Premio Tipo 159 ‘Alfetta’ in which Juan Manuel Fangio claimed his first world championship title in 1951 and a Maserati 250 F, which Fangio drove to a debut race win in 1954.

Historic motor sport is very well represented in the Bremen Classic Motorshow. Event organizers, racing clubs, trade and services, plus outstanding exhibits from all the different decades give an excellent overview of the wide variety of possibilities in historic motor racing. Racers and enthusiasts can obtain the latest information just before the start of the new racing season, purchase new equipment and perhaps make valuable new contacts.

The Bremen Classic Motorshow will also feature their usual vehicle market in the multi-storey car park and a motorcycle market in the AWD Dome. Finally the auto jumble will cater for those long sought-for and original spare parts.
